Tour of Missouri

Day one is complete and the boys from Colavita put in a very hard effort to get our top sprinter Seba Haedo into position to contest for the win or podium. He finished 6th but suspect that he could have been 4th if his momentum was not stopped. On my end just a bit of recovery work using, some streching, adusting, cold laser and of course Graston.
